Ideas for future articles

Tuesday, March 18th, 2008

I’ve been thinking about what topics I’d like to write about next, and I have a lot of different ideas. I thought it might be a good idea to give everyone a heads up on what I’m planning on writing, to help generate a bit of excitement (and so I don’t forget).

So far, most of my posts have been technology based. I will be writing some art articles (ARTicles?) soon, and I already have some ideas, but I would love to know what you are interested in reading about. This is, after all, an interactive forum, so your input is appreciated. Some of the general topics I have in mind include IxD (Interaction Design), using Apple for home audio, and bridging technology and art.

A7’s Blog 2.0?

Friday, January 18th, 2008

I’ve decided I’ll continue to use the blog after all… but in a totally different way. There are times when I want to post about things I really like, or things I find interesting but don’t necessarily want to start a conversation about. Other times, there are superficial things I want to discuss but would rather “tease” you guys into emailing me or commenting to start discussion. And sometimes, I just need a place to post pictures, or links to things I think people should read, or little one liners of information. So THAT’s what this site is now going to be for. Think of it as an extended, more permanent shoutbox (but don’t stop using the shoutbox!).

Welcome to A7’s Superficial Blog of Random Bits of Totally Useless Information.

First superficial post forthcoming.
