Hey Tina,

Considering the "small" let down we faced, there was no way we were not going to get anything shot that night. Too many people's time and effort were involved. Everything was looking great so we had to have the camera roll.
From the quick review of the rushes I think we got some spectacular stuff and it may work out even better in the end, the fact our lead guy couldn't make it. Who knew? I was extremely impressed with all involved on Saturday's shoot. Its an absolute blessing to have great friends jump in such as yourselves and help out. The fact that Dave, Reda, Afredo, and Shannon did such a great job, were so easy to work with and take direction, it quickly helped erase the frustration brought on by our "no shows". And lets not forget our "Dead Guy", he did a great job and was the easiest to work with :).

Thanks again for all your help and dedication!!

Hey Tina,

Thanks for the post, and once again, thanks so much for all your help last night. You went above and beyond, as usual. I can't wait to see the pictures. I'll be sure to share the ones Dave's friend took as well. I'll be posting some of the video stills with my thoughts on the shoot shortly.

Yes, you can use first names. Normally I would be the director, but in this case, since I was the corpse, I'll have to merely be the art director as all I did was consult with Dave and Jeff on the look I wanted. Dave was on camera and co-director. Jeff was lighting (DOP) and co-director. Ginette was the makeup artist/grip (light swinger :P ). Aaron (I think was Dave's friend's name) was set photographer and grip. Dave was the older cop. Reda was the younger cop. Shannon was the witness. And of course, Alfredo was the newbie cop taking notes. :) Did I miss anyone?

You can post as many pictures as you want on here, the site can handle it. You will notice after you upload a picture, that you have different options to put the image on the site (thumbnail, small, medium and large). If you are posting 1-5 images, go large. If you are posting 5-15 images, go medium. If you are posting more than 15 images, use the thumbnail option.

I managed to wash off all the smell, but my hair and shirt collar was sticky and crusty the rest of the night (until morning, when I finally had a shower). That's the way things go... sometimes the director has to step in and show people how things are done. lol.

As mentioned, I'll post stills and my thoughts on the night soon, and talk about the next shoot as well.
